💡 From fluorescent lighting to Full Daylight Spectrum LED

At Ihr City Zahnarzt in Hamm, Germany, Dr. Amir Muratagic and Bert J. Balder upgraded their treatment rooms from conventional fluorescent lighting to DentLED Full Daylight Spectrum Lighting.

Because of the size of the treatment rooms, achieving both high light levels and an even distribution of light was essential.

The solution: 4 × DentLED PHL22 luminaires per treatment room.

The 2.24-metre PHL22 provides both direct and indirect light, creating a bright and evenly illuminated working environment around the dental chair and throughout the room.

The result:
✓ Higher light levels
✓ More even light distribution
✓ Full daylight spectrum – 5000K
✓ Excellent colour rendering
✓ A more comfortable professional working environment

A great example of how an existing dental practice can upgrade from fluorescent lighting to modern Full Daylight Spectrum LED — without redesigning the entire treatment room.

For the new treatment rooms at Zahnflow – Zahnarztpraxis Dr. Heike Meier in Heiligenhaus, we combined custom DentLed photo ceilings with full daylight spectrum lighting.

Four of Dr. Heike Meier’s own photographs were transformed into illuminated ceiling designs. Each image was carefully adapted, optimised and divided across the LED panels to create a different atmosphere in every treatment room.

The photo panels offer patients an attractive view above the dental chair, while our full daylight spectrum LED panels provide uniform and colour-accurate workplace lighting for the dental team.

Professional dental lighting meets personalised interior design.
